Smile Mobile Dental Service will be at TCS on Tuesday, January 16
SMILE Mobile Dental Service is coming to The Charles School at Ohio Dominican University on Monday, January 16, 2018. We are excited to bring this amazing program to TCS that will give our students the opportunity to get their teeth cleaned FOR FREE!
Permission Forms are required and have been sent home via students. Permission forms must be completed and turned in no later than Thursday, December 14. Please contact the front desk at 614-258-8588 with any questions or to pick up a permission form.
The Smile Doctors and Hygienists are top quality licensed professionals. Each student will receive; a complete dental exam, a cleaning, fluoride treatments, sealants, and a oral health instruction.
