Attention Returning Students - It’s time to complete your Annual Registration Forms!

We look forward to having your student continue to be enrolled at GEMS next year, however, your student's spot for next school year is NOT guaranteed until all Annual Student Registration forms have been completed and are received by the school. 


This year we are using PowerSchool to complete the online registration forms. A letter was mailed home that included log-in information and step by step instructions on how to create an account. Click here https://ps-tge.metasolutions.net/public to log into your PowerSchool account. After you log-in to your PowerSchool account, go to the forms page and complete each section under General.


If your forms are completed before spring break (3/28), your student will be entered into a prize drawing - winners announced in April!

GEMS After School Program (GAP) is a FREE K-8 after school program!

EMS After-school Program is a collaboration between Graham Elementary & Middle School & Communities In Schools of Ohio. The purpose of this collaboration is to surround students with a community of support, empower them to succeed in school and achieve in life.
GAP Middle (5-8) After-school Program is funded through a Nita M. Lowery 21st Century Community Learning Center grant through the Ohio Department of Education.

  • Our habit of the week, and focus for the next few weeks is responsibility. This Friday, our Groovy Gryphon Spirit Day is Dress Like Your Favorite Movie, Cartoon Character, or Meme.

  • Please be sure to email the office at [email protected] to share any absences or dismissal changes. Also as a reminder, students who have a fever must be fever-free without medication for 24 hours before returning to school.  

  • This week will be the first-ever GEMS Math Week! Families will have opportunities to engage in math stories and content at home with opportunities to earn prizes for participation. Math week includes 5 days of math activities for families to do together and chances to win prizes for participation. 

  • Students in grades 6-8, The Spring Disco Dance is happening April 25th from 6-8pm.  Students with an average of 85% KB positivity from Feb 26 - Apr 23 will be eligible to participate. The cost is $2 (turn in at the dance only)! Please check in with your student regarding their KB positivity percentage or be sure to check the KB parent portal.

  • Spring Break is around the corner- Spring Break begins on March 29th.

It's time to complete your student's Annual Student Registration for 2023-24!

We look forward to having your student continuing to be enrolled at Graham Elementary and Middle School (GEMS) next year, however, your student's spot for next school year is NOT guaranteed until all Annual Student Registration forms have been completed and are received by the school.  

Please use our online system to complete Registration forms: https://gems.esvportal.com/
If you already have an account in the online eSchool/OneView system, use the same login you used for the 2022-23 school year. If you did not create an account last year, you will need to create an account using the invite code. You should have received an e-mail and letter with the invite code. Please contact us via email at: [email protected] or call 614-253-4000 with any questions. 
1. As you set up your account you will be asked to create your own PIN.
2. After your account is created, select 'Manage My Students' on the Enrollment Student Dashboard to link your students to your account. You will enter the Invite Code.
3. Next, select View Online Forms, and under 2023-24 Back to School Forms you'll see 'Annual Student Registration'. Information should be pre-populated into the forms. Double check that the pre-populated information is correct, fix any wrong information, complete all fields, and then submit. Check each Section.
4. NOTE:  BEFORE trying to update the information, choose Yes or No at the beginning of each section.
5. Once you have completed all seven parts, select Save and Return THEN Save and Submit to District.
