The registration packet is the colorful packet that you would have received in the mail over the summer. Please complete the full packet. Click here to print a packet or you can pick up a new one from the GEMS front office.
Proof of residency is a current utility bill (water, gas, phone, etc) or a lease agreement or mortgage statement with the parent/guardian name and current address. Please bring your complete packet and proof of residency to TGS Front Office (8:00am-4:30pm) or e-mail the information to Harmony Salvatore at [email protected].
