Hello Senior Parents,
On Friday, December 16th, Seniors will be traveling to Camp Lazarus (4422 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015) for their year-end retreat. Seniors are expected to treat this as a regular school day – arriving at TGS at 8:00a.m. and returning before dismissal at 3:30p.m. The bus to Camp Lazarus will leave the school building promptly at 8:30am, so please plan accordingly.
At Camp Lazarus the Senior Class will be celebrated by the entire Graham School staff before heading out to Walkabout in the second semester. During our retreat, students will participate in a Defense of Walkabout with an audience of their peers. They have also chosen to cook lunch for themselves and will be bringing snacks to share. In addition, students will have the opportunity to create an art project, build a bonfire, hike the many trails on the grounds, and play games in an effort to unify the Senior Class of 2023 in this unique event.

El viernes 16 de diciembre, los seniors viajarán a Camp Lazarus (4422 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015) para su retiro de fin de año. Se espera que los estudiantes de último año traten esto como un día escolar normal: lleguen a Graham a las 8 a. m. y regresen antes de la hora de salida a las 3:30 p. m. El autobús a Camp Lazarus saldrá del edificio de la escuela puntualmente a las 8:30, así que planifique en consecuencia.
En Camp Lazarus, todo el personal de la Escuela Graham celebrará la Clase Senior antes de salir a Walkabout en el segundo semestre. Durante nuestro retiro, los estudiantes participarán en una Defensa de Walkabout con una audiencia de sus compañeros. También han optado por cocinar el almuerzo para ellos mismos y traerán bocadillos para compartir. Además, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de crear un proyecto de arte, encender una fogata, caminar por los numerosos senderos en los terrenos y jugar en un esfuerzo por unificar a la Clase Senior de 2023 en este evento único.
