If you have a returning student it's time to complete your student's Annual Student Registration for 2023-24!

We look forward to having your student continue to be enrolled at The Graham School next year, however, your student's spot for next school year is NOT guaranteed until all Annual Student Registration forms have been completed and are received by the school. The parents & guardians of *newly accepted students will be asked to complete the annual student registration forms at a later date.

Please use our online system to complete Registration forms:

If you already have an account in the online eSchool system, use the same login you used for the 2022-23 school year. If you did not create an account last year, you will need to create an account using the invite code. You should have recieved an e-mail and letter with your student's invite code. Please contact us via email at: [email protected] or call 614-262-1111 with any questions.
  1. As you set up your account you will be asked to create your own PIN.
  2. Once you enter the site, your student's information should be pre-populated into the forms. Double check that the pre-populated information is correct, fix any incorrect information, complete new information, check each section, and then submit.
  3. NOTE:  BEFORE trying to update the information, choose Yes or No at the beginning of each section.
  4. Once you have completed all seven parts, select Save and Submit to District.
  5. Click here to review the How To for what you'll see when you enter the eSchool site. This answers many of the Frequently Asked Questions. Please contact us via email at: [email protected] or call 614-262-1111 with any questions.

School Fee, Proof of Residency and Food Service Info!

In addition to the Registration Packet, we are mandated by the Ohio Department of Education to obtain a new proof of residency every school year. This may be a copy of a utility bill or bank statement (dated on or after July 1, 2022). Please e-mail or mail in your proof of residency to [email protected] or 3950 Indianola Ave Columbus, OH 43214. It must be submitted on or before the first day of school.
We ask our families to help with expenses by making an annual school contribution of $35.00. You may pay with credit card, cash, check or money order in person or by mail. You may also pay with a credit card online via the TGS School Store.

The USDA will not be extending the pandemic related food service program waivers for the 2022-23 school year. This program has allowed The Graham Family of Schools and other school districts to provide free lunches and breakfasts to all students since the spring of 2020. All families should fill out a Free & Reduced School Meals Application to see if they qualify for free or reduced meal pricing. Please complete the application and return it to the front office as soon as possible. Click here to print and complete the application.

TGS Student Expectations for Success

  • Success for students requires them uphold our expectations for phones, classroom behavior and timely and continuous presence in class.
  • Students need to bring computers to school charged daily
  • Covid guidance at TGS reflects CDC and ODH guidance; appropriate mask wearing and vaccination are our strongest defenses against Covid-19.
  • Please be prepared should we need to move temporarily to online learning.

Dear TGS Students and Families,
Welcome back! We hope that you had a restful and restoring winter break. At Graham we strive to grow strong relationships in our school community. We know that a supportive educational environment provides our students with greater academic success, undermines inequities, strengthens insulating factors against anxiety and depression and empowers our students to shape the futures they desire. For learning spaces to be successful, students need to be in them. For students to master content, they need to engage in the work. For students and staff to support each other and to strengthen classroom cultures, everyone must bring respect and empathy to TGS on a daily basis.

To this end we would like to reiterate expectations that we lifted up to you in December. Click MORE+.
