Title IX Policy

Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 provides:

 

No persons in the United States shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving financial assistance.

 

Title IX Compliance

 

The School shall comply with this law and accompanying regulations at all times and does not discriminate on the basis of sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity) in its education programs, activities, or employment. To ensure compliance and resolve any complaints, the Governing Authority has designated the following individual as the School’s

Title IX Compliance and Grievance Policy 


All Staff members complete mandatory training on an annual basis.  Our Title IX Team has received additional training through Bricker & Eckler to be in compliance with all Federal requirements.  The training materials are linked below.
