Returning Students 

  1. Below is the link for an online, fillable  Annual Student Information Packet (ASIP) for 2020-21. Once the forms are completed and you submit we will receive a copy. You must use a desktop or laptop to complete & submit the online registration packet. Mobile devices will not allow you to submit the document. These forms must be submitted  to complete your student’s enrollment for the 2020-21 school year. 
  2. Have you submitted a proof of residence? You can send it to: [email protected]. Please include your student’s name.
  3. Did you know you can also pay next school year's fees on the secure TCS website? The Store button is at the top right on the screen and School fees is an option. 
Free and Reduced Lunch Information 
The Charles School at Ohio Dominican University offers healthy meals each school day. Breakfast is FREE and lunch costs $3.09. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals. The reduced price is FREE for breakfast and 0.40 cents for lunch. Please fill out the Free and Reduced lunch application to see if your family qualifies.
